Description: This Sheraton Hotel includes 155 guest rooms, a restaurant and a conference center. The project is part of mixed-use restaurant, retail and office development. We were involved with the project from its earliest conception. We provided all pre-construction services, including budgeting and estimating, scheduling, MEP review, city coordination and a constructability review.
