Description: This restaurant is 10,000 S.F. with 140 parking stalls and seats 230. The project was part of a mixed-use restaurant, retail, and office development. We provided all pre-construction services including budgeting & estimating, city coordination and a constructability review. The plumbing and mechanical systems required extensive coordination with the city, the project design team and the mechanical enginer.
